Is this the ideal way to train all the time? NO! Should you base your entire fitness program around 4 minute workouts?? NO!
This workout should be used 2 ways:
One …If you missed a full workout and you want to do something in it’s place. And Two ….add this to your “off days” to kick up your metabolism without overly taxing your recovery abilty.
