  • Thanks for that post, I’ve been taking b12 vitamins, not realizing that my b12 was in my almond milk all along. I was “scared” into the vitamins from people saying as a new vegetarian, I’m not getting enough b vitamins.

    Goes to show, everything you need can be found in plants.

  • My concern is that a large glass of Almond Milk would contain a lot of calories as stated in many of your podcasts regarding fat loss. Is there a way to get B12 without ingesting a lot of unwanted calories? I think I heard seaweed is high in B12 (though I hate the taste)

    • Hello Kate!
      Nutritional yeast is a great source of B12. You can sprinkle it on salads, mix it in with your salad dressing or it is really good sprinkled on homemade pizza. My other suggestion would be to try a supplement, check any of your local natural health stores for it.
