TOW # 3 – Keeping Track
You work out hard every day to reach your fitness goals, but do you do it without a workout log?
Now it’s time to consider keeping a workout log. While a lot of people think that it’s more important to just work out, it is important that you keep track of your progress. This helps you to not just keep track of how well you are doing in working towards your fitness goals, but it also helps you to keep yourself accountable.
So do it!
Pick up a cheap notebook and pen, and keep them in your training bag.
