Nikki and I have a set goal for this year.

Our goal is to reach out to as many people who will listen and inspire you to change.
Eating, moving, and healthy living should be an extension of who you already are. It should bring joy. It should fit nicely into your lifestyle.

What is our plan, and how will you benefit?:

  • Consistent workout videos 
  • Full program scaled to your fitness level. Can be done in your living room,  in  20-30 min 3 times per week. No gym or expensive equipment needed!
  • Nutrition Guidance
  • Whole food, plant based nutrition practices that will be easy to fit into your lifestyle.
  • The idea is to help you to be consistent, and finally get off the “roller coaster” for good.
  • We also want to keep it simple. Provide enough to help you understand what you’re doing and why. But not so much that it’s overwhelming, confusing, or boring. You already have enough on your mind, after all.
