Personal trainers and health coaches who have been following a plant-based lifestyle for over two decades. Here is how we can help you.

We have dedicated our life to attaining great health and sharing it with others. Our 30 something year old journey has provided us with a lot of hands on experience. We have learned many valuable lessons. We came to understand what works and what doesn’t. Individually we have been able overcame our own challenges that were holding us back from living a great, healthy and fulfilling life. For the two of us this is an ongoing journey. Vibrant health is our passion (perhaps even a mild obsession) and we feel very fortunate to have found this path that allows us to attain such a goal. We get to experience the amazing benefits of a whole food, plant based lifestyle every day, and for that we are very, very thankful.

Mark Twain said “to get the full value of joy you must have someone to divide it with.” So, in 2010 we made the decision to share our experiences with the world. We created Active Vegetarian to motivate people, and guide them towards finding their own optimal health. Our mission is simple - to help millions of people get healthy.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

AV Coaching is an action based weekly program. After you enroll, you will receive access to the “member only” area of the Active Vegetarian website. Here you will find all the material required that we carefully organized into 3 Phases each consisting of 8 weeks. Every Sunday (for 24 weeks) you will receive an email with your coaching message from us that will outline in detail your Weekly Assignments and Tasks, plus provide you with motivation to inspire you to take action and follow through.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAM LAST?

There is no rush, you can work at your own pace. There are three phases and each phase is composed of eight weeks, that’s 24 weeks of actionable content designed to take you from where you are today to where you aspire to be. We suggest that you move on from one week to another only after you complete all the steps.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COACHING?

Depending on the type of membership you purchased, you will either have month to month access (which can be cancelled anytime) or lifetime accessFrom our experience change doesn’t happen overnight so give yourself the time to create the life you deserve.
