This Weeks Schedule:

Monday

Workout: Interval training #1 – tabata

Duration: 16 minutes

Equipment: Yoga mat/Timer

Notes: Remember to first Warm up 

Tuesday

Workout: Strength Workout #7*NEW*

Duration: 23:06 minutes

Equipment: No equipment 

Notes:  Remember to first Warm up 

Wednesday

Workout: Yoga session #2 – go within

Duration: 35 minutes 

Equipment:  Yoga mat/ Block /Blanket

Thursday

Workout: Daily Flow #2 – Energy boost 

Duration: 25 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Friday

Workout: mobility session #3 – stretches to improve your flexibility

Duration: 20 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat/Blanket

Saturday

Workout: 5 Minute Challenge – Core HIIT *NEW*

Duration: 5 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Notes:  Remember to first  : Warm up

Workout: Walk or Hike in Nature

Duration: 60+ minutes

Equipment: Good Pair of Shoes

Have You Just Joined Our AV Coaching?

WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS

If you’re just starting out or you have just joined AV Coaching for the first time, we encourage you to start by focusing on your mobility and slowly building your strength and endurance following our 8 week beginner program.  This way you can safely progress to our regular weekly workouts.

Don’t worry, if you stay consistent and move your body daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that “growth is in discomfort” and that every beginning is hard, but with time and practice, nothing is impossible.

MOVE YOUR BODY DAILY!
