Duration: 24 minutes

Equipment: No Equipment/ Bodyweight

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Wednesday

Workout: yoga #4

Duration: 50 minutes

Equipment: Yoga mat/Blanket

Thursday

Workout: 5 minute challenge (legs + cardio) + mobility session #4

Duration: 5 minutes/12 minutes

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat/ chair for mobility session

Friday

Workout: strength #5

Duration: 29 minutes

Equipment: Towel or Band/ Yoga mat

Notes: Remember to first Warm up

Saturday

Workout: yoga #1

Duration: 44 mins.

Equipment: Bodyweight/ Yoga mat

Have You Just Joined Our AV Coaching?

WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR BEGINNERS

If you’re just starting out or you have just joined AV Coaching for the first time, we encourage you to start by focusing on your mobility and slowly building your strength and endurance following our 8 week beginner program.  This way you can safely progress to our regular weekly workouts.

Don’t worry, if you stay consistent and move your body daily, you can get there in just a few weeks. Remember that “growth is in discomfort” and that every beginning is hard, but with time and practice, nothing is impossible.
