      To access the shopping list you need to log into the member only area. If you have purchased the VWM book, use the promo code located on page #12.Here is where you can create your free 8 week trial membership: https://www.activevegetarian.com/veganweightlossmanifesto/
      You will be asked for a CC information, however there is no charge during your trial. If you decide to continue after the initial 56 days, the monthly membership is $32/momth.

  1. I am logged into the membership part and I can’t find the shopping lists at all. Where do I go to get them?

      You can access all of the meal plans + shopping lists by going to the coaching page – https://www.activevegetarian.com/coaching/ and selecting what week you are on. From there scroll down to the nutrition section, you will see that there is the following:

      – VWM Meal Plan
      – VWM Shopping + Prep
      – Simple Meal Plan

      By clicking on the “VWM shopping + Prep” you will be redirected to a PDF download/print of the list for that corresponding week and meal plan.
