  1. Hello, I just purchased your book today and I am very excited to start this journey. I was wondering if the meal plan will be put up weekly for the other weeks?

    • Hello Laura! That’s great! First, Thank You for purchasing our book. Second, most definitely we will be sharing the following 8 weeks of meal plans. If you are satisfied, there is the option to continue with a paid membership where we will continue to provide meal plans, shopping lists, workout videos, along with weekly emails of everything you need to keep you on the path to great health and wellbeing. Ideally, we will provide you with continued coaching for as long as you wish. We encourage you to join our email list (simply by entering your name and email on our homepage – green bar, under our photo) that way you can receive our weekly emails including the meal plans, shopping lists etc. directly in your inbox. We hope this helps and we look forward to being apart of your journey 🙂

  2. Do we have to purchase your plan to get weeks 3-8? I’m disappointed that is not included in the book I purchased.

    • Hello Sally, Thank You for purchasing our book. As for the week 3-8 meal plans, no you do not have to purchase them. We will be releasing them on a weekly basis (every Sunday). So stay tuned!
