Ingredients
15carrots
2apples
2oranges
1lemon
4stalks of celery
a chunk of ginger1-2 inch
a small piece of fresh turmeric or 1tsp ground turmeric spice
1/2 -1cayenne pepperdepending on your spice tolerance
1cupcoconut waterpreferably from a fresh young coconut
pinchof black pepper
Instructions
Wash all produce well.
Put the ingredients through your juicer one by one. (except for coconut water and black pepper)
Put the juice into a large glass jar add in coconut water and black pepper.
Mix well.
Drink the juice immediately after juicing, if possible. If not, store in a glass jar/bottle in your fridge. Do not store longer than 48 hours.
