Green Juice For Slender & Healthy Body

  • 8 stalks of celery
  • A small handful of parsley
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • a chunk of ginger 1-2 inch


  1. Wash all your produce well.
  2. Peel the pineapple and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Cut the tops and bottoms of the grapefruits. Then get a sharp knife and cut around the edges to peel off the skin. Do your best not to cut the white pith away – as it contains a ton of nutrients.
  4. Feed the ingredients into the juicer starting with celery, then parsley, then grapefruit, ginger and then pineapple.
  5. Stir the juice and serve!
  6. Best served fresh.
