  • 1/4 cup organic coconut milk

For the CRUMBLE layer

  • 1 cup organic oats
  • 1/2 cup organic whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup soy/almond milk

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened organic shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine oats and flour for the crumble layer in a large bowl and set aside. Grease a baking sheet and spread the mixture out flat about 1/4" thick - Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown. Once it is done TURN OFF oven - break the flat "cookie" apart into small pieces and place back in the oven for a few minutes - creating a granola-like, crunchy topping.

While the Crumble is baking

  4. Layer the plum mixture in the bottom of the mason jars, next add the coconut cream, the chia pudding and top with the crumble.
  5. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
