Tastes Like Sunshine

This juice is fresh, citrusy and great for your digestion amongst many other things including, inflammation, bones, skin, and so on!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 2 limes
  • Ginger thumb size
  • 3-4 turmeric roots

Instructions

  1. Make sure to thoroughly wash everything first. Peel and cut the pineapple into wedges/chunks (depending on your juicer), next cut the apple into wedges, peel the limes, and start juicing!!

Recipe Notes

I recommend running the limes through after you run the turmeric through - it helps with preventing stains.
